Discovery & Requirements
We spend the first 1–2 weeks deeply understanding your business, users, existing systems, and project goals. This produces a Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) — both approved by you before any design begins.
UI/UX Design
Our designers create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes. You review and approve every screen before development begins — changes at this stage cost nothing.
Architecture & Planning
Our architects design the technical stack, database schema, API contracts, infrastructure layout, and security model. The sprint backlog is broken down, estimated, and shared with you.
Development & QA
Two-week Agile sprints with daily standups, code reviews, automated testing, and bi-weekly demos. You see working software every two weeks — not just status updates.
UAT & Launch
User Acceptance Testing with your team on our staging environment. Once you sign off, we deploy to production — with a monitored launch window and rollback plan in place.
Post-Launch Support
30-day free post-launch support included. Extended maintenance retainers available. We hand over all source code, documentation, and deployment credentials — you own everything.
